How fast do I get my code?

Bank transfer orders are fulfilled as soon as our team confirms your payment receipt, usually within a few hours during business hours. USDT payments are confirmed automatically once the transaction is verified on-chain, typically within minutes.

What payment methods do you support?

Libyan bank transfer (upload your receipt at checkout) and USDT over TRC20 or BEP20. More options are coming soon.

Where do I find my code after payment?

Go to "My Orders" and open the order — your code(s) appear there as soon as the order is marked fulfilled. We also email you when that happens.

I sent USDT but my order still shows awaiting confirmation. What do I do?

Our system automatically re-checks pending USDT transactions every few minutes. If it has been longer than 30 minutes, contact us with your order code and transaction ID (txid).

Can I get a refund?

Since codes are delivered instantly and are non-recoverable once revealed, we cannot refund an order after the code has been shown. Contact us before that if there is an issue with your order.
